Since starting RES Software over 15 years ago, it’s been our goal to create a culture where employees would love to come to work every day and not just do a job, but be a part of creating a legacy. - Corporate Social Responsibility – As a company it is our responsibility to serve the communities in which we reside. We have several programs in place to support local organizations that inspire our employees.
- Global Talent Program –The Global Talent Program is comprised of a group of high potential professionals from different departments, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds with goals of leadership, professional, and personal development; as well as cross company collaboration.
- RES Software Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award – Each quarter, RES Software employees nominate their peers who embody the RES vision and values and exceed the expectations of their colleagues. One of these exceptional employees is named the RES Most Valuable Player (MVP). In addition to the recognition from leadership and their peers, the RES MVP is invited to join the Excellence Club trip.
- RES Excellence Club – Members of the sales organization that meet their target numbers are invited to participate in a multi-day getaway. Locations of the Excellence Club events have included Rio de Janeiro, Miami, Barbados and many other exotic destinations.
